About RNF

Riel Nyiir Foundation is women founded, led by young people and non-profit. It is a non-governmental organization registered with the Relief and Rehabilitation Committee in 2025 under registration number 5877.

The foundation was created to empower young people, especially girls, in health and well-being, education and leadership, and culture.

Message from the Founder and Executive Director

Riel Nyiir Foundation was born from a deep commitment to nurture girls, boys and young women so they can grow with dignity, confidence and opportunity.

As a women-founded and youth-led organization, we believe that lasting change begins when young people are supported, listened to and trusted to lead in their own communities.

Organization Structure

RNF is governed by a Board of Directors/Trustees and led by the Executive Director, with program, finance, logistics, communications, field coordination and human resource functions supporting community delivery.
